We have prepared a new version of Produs Information Tool. In addition to bug fixes and functionality improvements we have prepared some larger features which can be applied also in your company.

Maybe some things still won't work properly in spite of intense testing. So notify us about any problems, doubts.

1. Access rights: some companies have contract agents, as a part of their sales process, who need to have access to their own entries only. Improved PIT can support managing access rights for their role. For managing agents you can than create a role which can see into entries of all agents and help them follow company sales process.
2. Stay informed in this version we have included RSS portlet in the left navigator which roles through various educational and informational topics that can be set up for each company and user individually.
3. Organisational chart If your contacts are properly linked, you can now see the whole organisational chart on each account by clicking one button.

1. On home page, in the list of My open activities, you wont see a missed activity to which you have been only invited to and not assigned to, anymore.
2. We have corrected history of changes on Leads

1. We have fixed the clock in the left navigator showing local time in different countries.
2. On dashboard tab we have removed a bug calculating total opportunity value in the bottom left chart. Also we have corrected upper right chart in case when there was no use off opportunity type.
3. In description fields we removed a bug that was creating back slash signs on each edit, where there was use of following signs: ' „ /.
4. We removed undefined links and question marks which where created in description fields on some words which were written with upper and lower case combinations.
5. We removed a bug which was preventing us to make advanced search by country on Leads, Contacts and Accounts.
