We would like to infom you about the new version. The tool is updated with some functional improvements, includes new features and changes which are listed below.

Maybe some things still won't work properly in spite of intense testing. So notify us about any problems.

At tasks and events we added a button that can change the task in the event, and vice versa. In this way planning activities is much more easier and faster. Please read more in the manual.

We have protected the tool with one of the most world famous SSL Certificates – GeoTrust. This assures higher level of security.

We added new text in the confirming window for sending notifications to users about the event. About the new option, please read here (link). If you prefer the new option, please call us at tel. no. 01 510 15.

We also added a new safety catch for sending invitations for events. When you decide to send an invitation to the external contacts, the tool through the window asks for additional confirmation of selection.

We improved transparency of opportunities related to account. Opportunities are sort by date of conclusion. If you have on one account a large number of opportunities, and because of that you are not able to see all, we added a button to view older opportunities. With that button you can open all opportunities related to one account. In this way is opportunity search faster, simpler and more transparent.

We have created the possibility that we can limit user access only to their own documents. For more information, please call us at tel. no. 01 510 15 30.

We have corrected option of editing events via your mobile phone.

We have corrected opening documents trough additional views on the module contacts.

We have corrected function default view on modules. As an default view opens view marked as „Set as Default“ .

We have corrected data export in the module opportunity. In the exported file are exported current administrators of documents and not users who have created documents.

On the report module we have corrected the export of data in PDF format.
