Produs IT enables more ways of reviewing data regarding appointed criteria.

  • Charts:

Charts are graphical representations of data connected with sale.

  • Reports:

Data summaries can be created using reports. A few reports are already available. You can create new reports for your own use.

  • Entry page:

Entry page includes graphical representations connected with your sale.

You can view charts by clicking the Charts tab at področju vnosa. Charts are graphical representations of data connected with the process of the sale.

Charts include:

  • Sale by phases
  • Monthly sale outcome
  • Outcome of all Leads regarding source of interest
  • All Leads by source of interest

You can change the time span of the chart and the data considered. Click the Edit button for settings. You can select more data by holding down the Ctrl key on your keyboard.

The time period does not refresh automatically. You have to set the right period and click Refresh in order to see the right data.

The phases of sale, source of Leads and other elements being chosen with chart settings derive from your system's settings or better, from sale's organization. They are set by your Produs IT administrator.

Key indicators on entry page

The key indicator review is seen at the entry page. It can present the overview of most important data, stored in Produs IT. The key indicators are created by an automatic calculation of the represented data in your module overviews.

The contents of key indicators are determined by overviews. See Creating views chapter to get started with overviews. If your overview has the place into statistics field marked, it will be shown in your statistics. Produs IT calculates the presented data automatically.

The statistics will help you answer questions like:

  • How many offers do we send to promising customers?
  • How many customers' tickets remain unresolved?
  • How many deals have we made this week?
  • How many opportunities are in the concluding phase?

There can be other questions too. The practicability of the key indicators depend only on capacity of making our own overviews.

The key indicators can be used for important processes so changes can be noticed immediately. A salesman will be able to notice that his team has technical problems to solve and that they cannot help them with new Accounts, a manager will be able to observe the process of the sale, etc.

The mentioned representations enable analytical views into your sales. With them it is easier for you to determine and conclude how to improve your process of sale.
