Products

In Produs IO Products are defined as real products and services offered by companies. Produs IO makes practicable to classify Products by prices and suppliers, similar to catalog.

Click New Product on entry section for entering new Product. A new page opens (see picture below).

Enter the data Product. If there are more users entering the data, our advice is to agree and define entry standards. In this way all the entered data are unified. Descriptions of particular field, as follows:

Product data

• Product Name:

Every Product or service has to have assigned unique name.

• Product Code:

Every product should have its own code. It can be a combination of numbers and letters. This number can be also used when ordering.

• Product Active:

Product is active and for sell, when this field is ticked off.

• Manufacturer:

Manufacturer is selected from a list. Produs IO administrator manages a list.

• Product Category:

Product Category is selected from a list. Produs IO administrator manages a list.

• Sales Start Date/Sales End Date:

Sales Start and End Date of Product can be determined.

• Support Start Date/Support Expiry date:

Support Start and Expiry Date for Product can be determined.

• Related To:

Product can be attached to certain Lead, Account and Potential. Direct enters are not possible and has to be selected from list of Produs IO.

• Contact Name:

Select wanted Contact Name. Contact Name is a person To je lahko oseba, ki jo lahko kontaktirate o dodatnih informacijah o izdelku.

• www:

Enter web page's additional data about Product.

• Vendor Name:

Enter the Vendor Name, if product are resoldvitelja.

• Product Code:

Enter Product Code, if Product has its own Code.

• Dobaviteljeva št. izdelka:

Če vam je dobavitelj sporočil št. izdelka za naročilo, jo lahko vnesete tukaj.

• Serial No.:

Enter Serial No. of Product.

• Spremni list:

Tukaj lahko vnesete oznako spremnega lista.

• Konto:

var To polje je namenjeno kontni številki. Lahko je zelo uporabno, če izdelke uvažate in izvažate v vaš računovodski program.

Pricing Information

• Unit Price:

Enter Unit Price. Unit Price is also purchase price, if Product is purchased from vendor. Your selling price can be different and is determined in your price list.

• Commision Rate:

Enter Commision Rate V odstotkih (%) vnesite prodajno provizijo.

• Tax Class:

Enter Tax Class of Product. A list of Tax Class is Seznam davčnih stopenj lahko ureja administrator Produs IO.

Stock Information

Produs IO podpira tudi vodenje zalog. Tukaj lahko vnesete podatke o zalogi in določite zadolženega za vzdrževanje zaloge.

• Usage Unit:

Select Usage Unit of Product that is in stock. Seznam enot lahko ureja administrator Produs IO.

• Qty./Unit:

Enter No. of Product/Unit (e.g. 15 pcs in one parcel).

• Qty. in Stock:

Enter Quantity in Stock of Product. Tukaj lahko vnesete količino na zalogi. Ta podatek uporablja Produs IO ob pripravi ponudb, naročil ali računov. Ob vsaki izdelani ponudbi se vam prikaže količina na zalogi, ki se samodejno zmanjša, ko izdelek prodate.

• Handler:

Nekoga morate zadolžiti, da skrbi za zalogo. To osebo bo Produs IO po e-pošti samodejno obvestil o prodaji izdelkov.

• Minimum zaloge:

Tukaj lahko vnesete minimalno količino izdelkov, ki jo želite vedno imeti na zalogi. Če Produs IO zazna, da je v prodajnem procesu prišlo do približevanja minimumu zaloge, skrbnik zaloge dobi opozorilno obvestilo po e-pošti.

• Qty. in Demand:

Tukaj lahko zabeležite količino izdelkov, kot jih po navadi kupite.

Product Image Information

• Product Image:

Image of Product can be also attached. Image should be in .jpg, .gif or .png format. Do not use capital letters for formats (JPG, GIF, PNG). Size of image should be small in order to open page faster.

Description Information

• Description:

Enter additional data of Product, if any.

By clicking Save the entry is saved into Produs IO.

A list of Product can be imported on and exported from user's computer whenever. More about import and export Products can be read from manual in a chapter Importing and Exporting Data. The chapter contains detailed instructions.

Unlimited number of vendors can be entered into Produs IO. Vendors are saved on other list and are not a part of Accounts or Contacts.

By clicking Save the data is saved into Produs IO. Click tab A list of Vendors is seen Seznam dobaviteljev lahko vidite, če na zavihku Product, than select tab Vendors in order to see a list of vendors..

Produs IO vam nudi možnosti za delo z neomejenim številom cenikov. To je zelo uporabno, če ima vaše podjetje različne skupine interesentov, ki zahtevajo različne cene izdelkov. Lahko uporabite cenike za maloprodajo, nadaljnjo prodajo, ali prodajo končnim uporabnikom.

S klikom na Nov cenik na področju vnosa se vam bo odprla nova stran, kjer boste lahko ustvarili nov cenik. Glejte sliko spodaj.

V prikazan obrazec lahko vnesete podatke o ceniku. Če podatke vnaša več uporabnikov, svetujemo, da se dogovorite in določite standarde vnosov. Tako bodo vneseni podatki enotni. Odvečna polja, ki jih pri svojem delu ne potrebujete lahko pustite prazna ali nas kontaktirajte in jih bomo po vaši želji odstranili.

S klikom na gumb Shrani boste cenik shranili v Produs IO.

Na zavihku Izdelki izberite zavihek Ceniki. Odprl se vam bo seznam cenikov. Ob kliku na ime cenika, se bodo odprle njegove podrobnosti.

Temu ceniku dodajte poljuben izdelek ali storitev iz seznama izdelkov. To storite s klikom na gumb Izberi izdelek.

Odpre se vam novo okno kjer izberete izdelke iz seznam shranjenih izdelkov v vašem Produs IO.

Odkljukate katere izdelke želite vključiti v vaš cenik. Prav tako lahko vpišete tudi ceno izdelka za namenski cenik, če se razlikuje od nabavne cene izdelka.

Cena, ki jo vnesete v cenik je veljavna samo za ta cenik. S klikom na Dodaj v cenik izbor shranite v cenik.
