Calendar

Calendar is very useful for planning your sales activities. You have the ability to view your own activities as the activities of your colleagues. Calendar is displaying events such as Meetings, Calls and your Tasks on due day.

Bellow you an find a picture of an example 5 day calendar. In the first few rows you can see listed Tasks that are due on a specific day of the week displayed.

In the next rows Events follow. These are Meetings and Calls scheduled for the week displayed.

Click Select users seen on picture above in order to see other user's Calendar.

A list of users opens and Calendar of one or more users can be selected.

Hold „Ctrl“ and click on users to select more users. Click Select.

By clicking on icons 1, 5, 7, 31 on the left side above, daily, five-days, weekly or monthly view can be selected.
