Calendar

Calendar is a very useful view on planned events. Meetings and calls are shown accordingly to date and hour. Our co-worker's events are also shown in Calendar. Click on the Calendar tab on entry section. A new page opens (see picture below).

All events planned for today are shown in this window (see an example for three selected users on the picture).

Click Select users seen on picture above in order to see other user's Calendar.

A list of users opens and Calendar of one or more users can be selected.

Hold „Ctrl“ and click on users to select more users. Click Select.

By clicking on icons 1, 5, 7, 31 on the left side above, daily, five-days, weekly or monthly view can be selected.

If you wish to enter an event directly into the calendar, click on desired time in daily view.

A small window opens. Here you can enter the subject of the event and choose if it is a call or a meeting. See the picture below.

Click Save. A more detailed view will appear, as shown on picture below.

Now it is possible to enter additional information or invite other users of Produs IT to this event. Read more in the Activities chapter.
