Accounts

All about the meaning of Accounts can be read in a chapter Contacts Management, the instruction of using Accounts is written below on this page.

Click New Account on entry section to create a new Account. A new window opens (see picture below).

Enter the Account information. Only information which are relevant to you or to your business should be entered. Non relevant entry fields can remain empty or just give us a call and we will remove them. If several user have writing access to the same entry fields it makes a lot of sense to agree on a common standard for making such entries. In this way all the entered data are unified.

Most of the fields are simple and do not need to be explained in details, a few of them are mentioned:

  • Account Name:

Account name is obligatory information. This field has to be filled up in orded to save the entry. In this field should be entered short name of Account, in field Full name should be entered full name of Account.

  • Assigned To:

Select user from a list in order to be assigned for an Account. User who enters the data is assign by the system automatically.

  • Address Information:

Some companies have two addresses: Billing Address and Shipping Address.

Click on the Save button transfer the entries to the CRM system.

A list of Accounts can be imported on and exported from user's computer whenever. More about import and export Accounts can be read from manual in a chapter Import and export data. The chapter contains detailed instructions.
