Accounts

All about the meaning of Accounts should be read in a chapter Contacts Management, the usage of Accounts is written below on this page.

Click New Account on entry section to enter a new Account. A new page opens (see picture below).

The data Account should be entered. If there are more users entering the data, our advice is to agree and define entry standards. In this way all the entered data are unified. Redundant fields should be left empty or just give us a call and we will remove them.

Most of the fields are simple and do not need to be explained in details, for example:

  • Account Name:

Account name is obligatory information. This field should be filled up in orded to save the entry. In this field should be enter short name of Account, in field Full name should be enter full name of Account.

  • Assigned To:

User should be select from a list in order to be assigned for an Account. User who enters the record is assumed by the system automatically.

  • Address Information:

Some companies have two addresses: Billing Address and Shipping Address.

Click Save after entering the data.

A list of Accounts should be imported on and exported from user's computer whenever. More about import and export Accounts should be read from manual in a chapter Import and export data. The chapter contains detailed instructions.
