I am in the meeting. How can Produs IT help me at this moment?

You can make notes or schedule Activities during the meeting irrespective of having a meeting at your place or at Account's place. At the same time you can assign your co-worker (who is not present at the meeting) for a certain Activity. During the meeting you (and your customer) may come to some conclusions, the system enables to write down one or more Activities one after another. The content can be changed anytime, just click on edit button.
