I want my co-worker to be assigned for an Account.

Every entered record (Account, Contact, Task, Event, etc.) has its own assigned user. By default the user entering the record is assigned to it. If you enter data into Produs IT and want other user to be assigned for it, just select him from Assigned To pick list.
