I cannot find ...
If you search a Contact through tab Contact by basic or advanced or ABC , it is possible that the system will not write out wanted records.
In this case check up the suitability of selected view, because the system searches hits according to view. For example: If you set on view „Birthday This Month“, the system will search for records inside this view. For this reason our suggestion is to select view „All“.
When you search through tabs, the system remembers previous search criteria. Therefore pay attention to delete data from searching fields.
We recommend to use field Search in order to search through all data.
