How to view PIT calendar on your SmartPhones

1. On your Smart Phone open your internet browser.

2. Type in the URL to access your PIT (ex. crm.atol-bs.com/andes)

3. Login to PIT using your username and password

4. In the top left corner use the picklist to choose the Calendar module

5. Pick Calendar from available modules

6. In the top right corner open the customisation options

7. Choose „Save to bookmarks“ option

8. Name your bookmark (ex. PIT Calendar)

9. Go to your bookmarks (In the top right corner open the customisation options)

10. Hold the Calendar Bookmark to open additional options and choose Add to Home

11. The Shortcut to your PIT Calendar appears on your Home page

We suggest you save your username and password when logging in to PIT so that by touching the Shortcut will bring you directly to your PIT Calendar.

This 11 steps were made for weekly calendar. If you prefer a shortcut for Your daily calendar, you can in step 5, while in calendar, pisk the daily display in the top right corner, just above your calendar, and than proceed with step 6.
