I create a new view, but others cannot see it.

Every user can create his own views, as it suits him. It is possible that only you can see a created view or share it with other users.

To make enable for other users to see your created view tick off field Public View. You can do this by opening selected view and clicking on button Edit beside the name of view. A new window for creating a view opens. On the upper right corner of this window is field Public View. Tick it off.
