How to enter data?

There are two ways of entering data::

1. Our recommendation is to enter data each time. Writing notes is usually considered unnecessary, but once user enters them into Produs IO, they are safe from being lost.

Another advantage of entering data into Produs IO is that history of activities regarding Accounts can be accessed anytime and anywhere. A question: „What was the last activity regarding that Account?“ will become redundant.

2. Our recommendation is that a unified way for entering data into Produs IO is used. E.g. all names are entered with capital letters, the same spacing is used for entering phone numbers etc.

Če začne Produs IO uporabljati več uporabnikov hkrati, določite način kako boste vnašali podatke, da bodo enotni in s tem bolje pregledni. Imejte tudi v mislih, da morajo biti zapisi v sistem vnešeni samo enkrat. Zato svetujemo, da se dogovorite, kdo bo katere zapise vnašal in kdo bo za katere podatke zadolžen.
