Dear Produs information tool user!

We would like to inform you about the new version. The tool is updated with some functional improvements, includes new features and changes which are listed below.

Despite of intense testing some things maybe won't work properly. Please notify us about any problems.

1. At tasks and events we added a button that can convert the task into the event, and vice verse. In this way planning activities is much more easier and faster. Please read more in the manual.
2. Protection of link through which you accesses the tool (SSL encryption) we have certified by one of the world famous certificate provider GeoTrust , which is stamped on the „Information Security “.
3. Text in the pop up window for sending notifications to users about the event, is now more clear and understandable.
4. We also added a new safety catch for sending invitations for events. When you decide to send an invitation to the external contacts, the tool can through the window asks for additional confirmation of selection. If you want this option, please contact us.

1. We improved transparency of opportunities related to account. Opportunities are sort by date of conclusion. If you have on one account a large number of opportunities, and because of that you are not able to see all, we added a button to view older opportunities. With that button you can open all opportunities related to one account. In this way is opportunity search faster, simpler and more transparent.
2. We have created the possibility that we can limit user access only to their own documents. For more information, please call us at tel. no. 01 510 15 30.

1. We have corrected option of editing events via your mobile phone.
2. We have corrected opening documents trough additional views on the module contacts.
3. We have corrected function default view on modules. As an default view opens view marked as „Set as Default“ .
4. We have corrected problems related to use of browser Internet Explorer version 8:

• On the home page we can click on the icons before the activities and with that short cut we can edit, delete, postpone and close our activities.
• When we want to notify people about the certain event or task trough the button Notify, now we can select our coworkers from the pick list.

1. We have corrected data export in the module opportunity. In the exported file are exported current administrators of documents and not users who have created documents.
2. On the report module we have corrected the export of data in PDF format.
