I cannot find ...

If you search for a Contact through Contact tab by basic, advanced or ABC search, it may happen that the system does not find any wanted records.

If that is the case, check the suitability of selected view, because the system searches for hits according to view. For example: If you set view „Birthday This Month“, the system will search for records inside this view. That is why it is suggested to select the „All“ view.

When you search through tabs, the system remembers previous search criteria. Therefore first delete data from searching fields.

We recommend to use the Search field to search through all data.
