Most common mistakes when entering names of opportunities and events are:
- to write account name into the opportunity name, - to write activity type into the event subject: meeting, call… ,
Examples: Type of event is displayed by a different picture of an icon, opportunities are already related with an account and can be seen on all views.
We suggest to write into the event subject, opportunity or task.. similar as into the subject of an e-mail . Please enter something that will remind you on the record content, without opening it.
Some examples: - name of the phone call: „Confirmation of meeting date“, - name of the meeting: „Overview of time plan“, - name of the opportunity: „The establishment of electrical wiring“.
