====== I cannot find ... ======

If you are searching through the //Account// tab using [[..:..:manual:b_usage:h_search#Search |Search]], [[..:..:manual:b_usage:h_search#Advanced Search |Advanced Search]] or [[..:..:manual:b_usage:h_search#ABC Search |ABC Search]], it may happen that you will not be given all wanted records.

The system searches for hits according to view so if you are not getting all the wanted records, check suitability of the selected [[..:..:manual:b_usage:g_views |view]]. If you set the „Prospect Accounts“ view, the system will search for records only within this view. That is why it is suggested to select the „All“ view. 

<note important>When you search through tabs, the system remembers previous search criteria. Delete any previous data from searching field before making a new search.</note>
