====== How do I change the Contact's e-mail address or any other data? ======

Produs IT is really useful if all the data are up-to-date. Therefore it is important for every Account to have a user assigned to make sure the Account's data are up-to-date. Please read [[..:b_accounts:c_assignedto|]] to see how to assign users for certain records.

Assigned users and all the data can be changed, added or edited easily. See chapter [[..:..:manual:b_usage:i_editing#Editing]] for more information.

<note important>Be careful when making changes in Accounts. The already entered Contacts will not be changed automatically.</note>
