====== How do I define the names of records? ======

Most common mistakes when entering names of opportunities and events are:

- to write account name into the opportunity name,
- to write activity type into the event subject: meeting, call... ,

Examples: Type of event is displayed by a different picture of an icon, opportunities are already related with an account and can be seen on all views.

** We suggest ** to write into the event subject, opportunity or task.. ** similar as into the subject of an e-mail **. Please enter something that will remind you on the record content, without opening it.

Some examples:
- name of the phone call: „Confirmation of meeting date“,
- name of the meeting: „Overview of time plan“,
- name of the opportunity: „The establishment of electrical wiring“.
