====== I wish to find a certain Account or Contact. Do I always have to click on certain tab? ======

Produs IT is an intuitive system and is not entirely build in hierarchic way. All documents are interlaced and you can easily go from one document to the other. [[..:..:manual:b_usage:d_loginpage#pripomocki |Last Viewed]] search is very helpful for it shows the last 10 viewed documents. It can be found on the left side, under the Search field.

Just by clicking on Contact, Account etc. you can easily go from one Contact, Account ,etc. to the next or from Activities to Account and back, etc. 

Irrespective of views being classified by Accounts, Contacts etc. it is more useful to click from one document to another. You cannot get lost and you will always find the record you are searching for.
